Spring 2019 Outline:
2/10: Pre-Campaign Period Begins at Conclusion of Meeting
2/12: Sample Ballot Posted from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m./candidate info due for candidate guide
2/15: Final Ballot Posted and sent to Battalion
2/18: General Campaigning begins at 12 a.m.
2/18: Diversity Panel for SBP candidates at 5:30-6:30 in Rudder 401
2/19: Yell Leader Candidate and SBP Candidate Debate at 6-7 and then 7:30-9 p.m. in MSC Flag Room
2/20: Expense Report Help Session at 6:30 -9:00 p.m. (come and go) in Koldus 146
2/20: General Campaigning ends at 11:59 p.m.
2/21: Modified Campaigning 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
2/21: Election Experience polling location 9-2 p.m. in Rudder Plaza/voting opens at 9 a.m.
2/21: Expense Reports Due by 5:00 p.m. in Koldus Lockbox A6
2/22: Modified Campaigning 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
2/22: Voting Closes at 12:00 p.m.
2/22: Results Announced No Sooner than 7:00 p.m. at 12th Man Statue located across from Koldus
2/23: Expense Reports posted online by 7 pm
2/24: All Write In winners must submit necessary paperwork by 7:00 pm.
2/25: All Campaign Material must be removed by 7 pm.
3/4: All fines must be paid in order to assume office by 11:59 p.m.

**Important Election Updates**
Candidates may begin electronic campaigning two weeks before the start of the Mandatory Candidates Meeting. Therefore, on 1/27/19 at 8:30 pm, electronic campaigning is allowed.
All printing used for campaign, even if done through your tamu print account needs to be expensed. This is different than last semester, so please make note of it.
