12th: Initial email goes out campus wide
18th: Endorsement period begins
18th: Senate must have vacancies reported by 11:59 p.m.
19th: Filing begins at 10:00 a.m. – Send 2nd campus wide email
21st: Filing ends at 3:00 p.m.
23rd: SGA advisor must have candidates certified by end of day
24th: Mandatory Candidate’s Meeting Excuses due by 7 p.m.
25th: Mandatory Candidate’s Meeting at 7 p.m.
Pre-campaigning begins at conclusion of candidate’s meeting
26th: General campaigning begins at 8:00 a.m.
26th: Sample ballot must be approved by 5:00 p.m.
27th: Final ballot will be posted and sent to the Battalion
28th: General campaigning ends at 9:00 p.m.
29th: Modified campaigning 8:00 am - 5:00pm
29th: Voting opens at 8:00 am
29th: Expense reports due by 5:00 pm
30th: Modified campaigning 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
30th: Voting closes at 12:00 pm
30th: Results announced no earlier than 7:00 pm
October
1st: Expense reports posted online by 7:00 pm
2nd: All write-in winners must submit necessary paperwork by 7:00 pm
2nd: Results certified by J-Court
3rd: All campaign material must be removed
10th: All fines must be paid by 12:00 pm
